FILM DESCRIPTION: A man who has devoted himself to serving the leader of the free world is accused of plotting against him in this thriller. Pete Garrison (Michael Douglas) is a veteran Secret Service agent who has had a long and distinguished career helping protect the president of the United States. David Breckinridge (Kiefer Sutherland) is a fellow Secret Service agent who learned most of what he knows from Garrison and holds him in great respect. When intelligence data suggests that there is a mole within the Secret Service who is part of a plot to assassinate President Ballentine (David Rasche), Garrison launches an investigation to ferret out the rogue agent, and asks Breckinridge to go over the evidence with a fine-toothed comb. Breckinridge is shocked when the clues point to Garrison as the traitor within the Secret Service, but his sense of duty compels him to see that his former mentor is placed under arrest. Garrison eludes his captors and struggles to prove his innocence while tracking down the real conspirator and eluding the agents who were once his colleagues. As Breckinridge leads the search for Garrison, another ranking agent, Jill Marin (Eva Longoria) plays devil's advocate, convinced that Garrison couldn't possibly be the rat in the house. The Sentinel also co-stars Kim Basinger as the First Lady. Waterworld movie clips: http://j.mp/1Jan3xI BUY THE MOVIE: http://amzn.to/u6htHi Don't miss the HOTTEST NEW TRAILERS: http://bit.ly/1u2y6pr CLIP DESCRIPTION: Using himself as bait, the Mariner (Kevin Costner) catches a gigantic fish for dinner. FILM DESCRIPTION: Widely considered to be an expensive failure, Waterworld was an epic vehicle for Kevin Costner, who starred in and co-produced the film, with his friend Kevin Reynolds as director. It was based on a 1986 screenplay by Peter Rader and cost an estimated $235 million, more than any film in history up to that time. Costner eventually fired Reynolds and directed the last few scenes himself. The story was filmed in Hawaii, using several artificial islands, and is set in an apocalyptic future, after global warming has melted the polar ice caps and flooded civilization. The Mariner (Costner) is one of the human beings who has adapted by growing gills. The survivalist lives on a boat on which he is growing a precious tomato plant. He tries to sell the plant and its dirt to the residents of an artificial island built of industrial waste. They imprison him when they discover that he's a mutant with gills. But the island is attacked by the Smokers, a group of oil-guzzling raiders on jet skis headed by the Deacon (Dennis Hopper). The Mariner escapes with Helen (Jeanne Tripplehorn) and her daughter Enola (Tina Majorino). Back at sea, the Smokers repeatedly attack, using planes and boats, until they kidnap Enola. Enola's back is tattooed with a map showing how to get to Dryland, the last unflooded area on Earth. But Deacon, who needs to get to Dryland to replenish the Smokers' oil supply, can't immediately decipher it. FILM DESCRIPTION: In this drama, based on the best-selling novel by John Grisham, Mitch McDeer (Tom Cruise) is a young man from a poor Southern family who has struggled through Harvard Law School to graduate fifth in his class. Mitch is entertaining offers from major firms in New York and Chicago, but when Memphis-based Bendini, Lambert, & Locke offer him a 20 percent higher salary than the best offer he's received, in addition to an enticing variety of perks and fringe benefits, he decides to sign on and remain in the South. Mitch's wife, Abby (Jeanne Tripplehorn), warns him that the deal sounds almost too good to be true, but it's not until after several weeks of working with Avery Tolar (Gene Hackman) that Mitch discovers that the vast majority of BL&L's business is tied to organized crime, with crime boss Joey Morolto (Paul Sorvino) using the firm to launder Mafia money. FBI agents Wayne Tarrance (Ed Harris) and F. Denton Voyles (Steven Hill) try to blackmail Mitch into helping them make a case against the firm, while BL&L's "security director" William Devasher (Wilford Brimley) is blackmailing him to do as he's told after Mitch foolishly allows himself to be seduced by a prostitute hired by the firm. The Firm was adapted for the screen by acclaimed playwright David Rabe and features performances by Hal Holbrook, Holly Hunter, and Gary Busey. JACKIE - Clip - 'I Will Walk with Jack'

02:09
JACKIE - JANUARY 12 #Jackie The assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963 was one of those moments that defined a generation. That this handsome, charismatic leader with a beautiful wife and two young children could have his life ended so brutally, defied comprehension. With JACKIE, director Pablo Larraín retells this story solely through the eyes of Jacqueline Kennedy, casting Academy Award winner Natalie Portman in the lead role. Jackie was as much a public figure as her husband, an outwardly poised partner who was placed under great scrutiny, yet played her role with consummate grace. Structuring his film around Theodore H. White’s LIFE magazine interview with the First Lady, that took place a mere week after the assassination of her beloved husband, Larraín takes us on a journey as the First Lady recounts the immediate aftermath of her husband; her return to the White House, arrangements for the President’s funeral, and her time spent accompanying her husband’s coffin to Arlington Cemetery. These sequences complete a moving portrait of a grieving woman — a widow and mother struggling with overwhelming tragedy and attention. Also starring Peter Sarsgaard, Greta Gerwig and Billy Crudup. Salma Hayek Hot & Sexy Picture Video 2018. Follow on - https://www.facebook.com/Hollybollybuddy https://www.instagram.com/hollybollybuddy https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/108699952846776451321 Music credit - bensound.com One of Hollywood's most dazzling leading actresses, Salma Hayek was born on September 2, 1966, in the oil boomtown of Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. Hayek has freely admitted that she and her brother, Sami, were spoiled rotten by her well-to-do businessman father, Sami Hayek Dominguez, and her opera-singing mother, Diana Jiménez Medina. Her father is of Lebanese descent and her mother is of Mexican/Spanish ancestry. After having seen Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory (1971) in a local movie theatre, Salma decided she wanted to become an actress. At 12, she was sent to the Academy of the Sacred Heart in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she pulled pranks on the nuns by setting their clocks back three hours. She was soon expelled. Only after attending Mexico City's Universidad Iberoamericana did she feel ready to pursue acting seriously. She soon landed the title role in Teresa (1989), a hugely successful soap opera which earned her the star status in her native Mexico. However, anxious to make films and to explore her talent and passion, Hayek left both Teresa (1989) and Mexico in 1991. Heartbroken fans spread rumors that she was having a secret affair with Mexico's president and left to escape his wife's wrath. At long last, Salma made her way to Los Angeles. The 24 year old actress approached Hollywood with naïve enthusiasm, and quickly learned that Latin actresses were, if at all, typecast as the mistress maid or local prostitute. By late 1992, Hayek had landed only bit parts. She appeared on Street Justice (1991), The Sinbad Show (1993), Nurses (1991), and as a sexy maid on the HBO series Dream On (1990). She also had one line in the Allison Anders film Mi vida loca (1993). Feeling under-appreciated by Anglo filmmakers, Hayek vented her frustrations on comedian Paul Rodriguez's late-night Spanish-language talk show in 1992.

Actress Emma Watson and socialite Lee Radziwill attend Giambttista Valli couture show

07:03
EMMA WATSON SITS FRONT ROW AT GIAMBATTISTA VALLI COUTURE SHOW Actress Emma Watson and socialite Lee Radziwill sat front row at the Giambattista Valli couture show Monday evening (7 JULY 2014) at the Grand Palais in Paris. They saw a stunning show inspired by travel to Spain's Alhambra gardens as well as the impressionist paintings of Spaniard Joaquin Sorolla. The first looks featured bold, graphic, black and white stripes in various materials from sequins to shaggy fur. Then the stripes turned to colorful flowers, and the shapes varied from voluminous to narrow. Some models wore masculine blouses in different colors tucked into long skirts made from materials from ostrich feathers to layers of ruffles. "It was about this love story of her and this man, so you can see pieces of his wardrobe like, you know, the pajama trousers or the pajama shirt, or the white shirt, you know, pieces from his wardrobe," explained Valli. "It's almost that she wakes up in the morning and she has, like, pieces from the night before, like couture pieces, and she adds, like, in a practical way, like a shirt or trousers or something, to mix it up." Also in the audience, emerging British YouTube singer Sarah Close. "It's a bit of an adventure really, about a week ago I was sitting at home with my friends and then I got an email from the PR at Giambattista Valli, and he invited me to come to - come here - and so, here I am," she said before the show. "I can't believe I'm here, I'm so, I'm so honored and it's amazing. My first time I've ever been here and I love it." ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY:ENT5 RELATIVE VALUES

04:16
English/Nat COWARD COMES BACK INTO FASHION IN NEW FILM Story: Relative Values Location: Isle of Man Date: August 3Oth 1999 NOEL COWARD, the quintessential stiff upper lip Brit, has been out of fashion in recent years. If people remember him it is for his screenplay for DAVID LEAN's classic BRIEF ENCOUNTER, a much charicatured story of deep passions restrained by etiquette and good manners which seems a million years away from today's screen romances. Or else they remember a dandy character actor who appeared in movies like THE ITALIAN JOB or perhaps singing his little ditty MAD DOGS AND ENGLISHMEN. But behind the image of the smoking jacket and cigarette holder, Coward was actually an extremely good writer whose witty drawing room comedies about the snobbish and the rich were far deeper and more intelligent than casual critics gave them credit for. And like another playwright who fell out of fashion until recently OSCAR WILDE Coward is only now being rediscovered and relished by a new cinematic audience. An all star international cast are currently in the Isle of Man off the British coast working on a big screen production of one of his lesser known and later play RELATIVE VALUES. JULIE ANDREWS (SOUND OF MUSIC), JEANNE TRIPPLEHORN (MICKEY BLUE EYES, BASIC INSTINCT), COLIN FIRTH (FEVER PITCH) and ALEC BALDWIN (MARRIED TO THE MOB, GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS) star in the comedy directed by ERIC STYLES (DREAMING OF JOSEPH LEES). The story is a comical look at changing and conflicting social values in aristocratic England in 1951. Nigel, Earl of Marshwood (EDWARD ATTERTON) is about to marry beneath himself, to an American actress. Further complicating the matter, his mother (Andrews) the Countess has a personal maid, Moxie (SOPHIE THOMPSON) , who is the long lost sister of the actress Miranda Frayle. Baldwin plays the actresses American screen lover. Moxie is hysterical and preparing to leave, when a plot is worked out to make her an heiress living with the family. It goes well until Miranda starts telling of how she was raised in a London slum by a drunken mother and mean sister who has since died, after spending all the money Miranda has sent her over the years on booze. Moxie explodes and tells everyone she is Miranda's sister and sets the record straight about her mother and the "obstacles" that Miranda has overcome. After that things get complicated... Coward, who died in 1973, was born exactly one hundred years ago. Perfect timing perhaps for a new generation to discover and reassess this talented playwright, actor, composer and director. Bill Paxton Star of ‘Big Love’ and Movie Blockbusters || Actor in 'Twister' and 'Aliens,'Dies at 61

02:26
Bill Paxton, the affable actor who was a co-star in a string of 1990s blockbusters including “Twister,” “Titanic” and “Apollo 13” and later played the lead in the critically acclaimed television drama “Big Love,” has died. He was 61:https://youtu.be/sb3S4UEccQk His death, from complications of surgery, was announced on Sunday by a family representative. The statement did not say when or where Mr. Paxton died, but Rolling Stone reported that he died on Saturday. Early in his career, Mr. Paxton had small parts in “The Terminator” (1984) and “Aliens” (1986). Both films were directed by James Cameron, who later featured him in more high-profile roles: as a used-car salesman who cheated Jamie Lee Curtis’s character in “True Lies”(1994) and as the treasure-hunting scientist who salvaged the wreck of the ocean liner in “Titanic” (1997). He also starred in Ron Howard’s Oscar-nominated film “Apollo 13” (1995), portraying Fred Haise, one of three astronauts on a mission to the moon that experienced serious mechanical problems, and in “Twister” (1996) as a storm-chaser. Over the last decade, Mr. Paxton appeared regularly on television. From 2006 to 2011, he played Bill Henrickson, the patriarch of a polygamist family in Utah, on the HBO series “Big Love.” He received three Golden Globe nominations for his portrayal. In 2012, he was nominated for an Emmy Award for playing Randolph McCoy in the three-part mini-series “Hatfields & McCoys” on the History Channel. And in 2014, he appeared in six episodes of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” on ABC. Mr. Paxton returned to TV this year as the star of “Training Day,” CBS’s new police drama. A spinoff of the 2001 movie starring Denzel Washington, the series had its premiere earlier this month, and only four episodes have been broadcast. In total, 13 episodes of “Training Day” have been filmed, and Mr. Paxton appears in all of them. For now, the show will continue to be shown on Thursday nights, but its future is not certain: Reviews have been mixed — though Mr. Paxton’s performance as a rogue cop has been praised — and its ratings have been low, averaging little more than four million viewers. In a statement, CBS and Warner Bros. Television said they were “shocked and deeply saddened” by Mr. Paxton’s death, but they offered no word on the show’s future. Mr. Paxton was born on May 17, 1955, in Fort Worth. When he was 8, Mr. Paxton and his brother, Bob, were taken by their father to see President John F. Kennedy on the morning of Nov. 22, 1963, in Fort Worth, hours before his assassination in Dallas. SEE SAMPLE PRIVACY POLICY “It was amazing to see President Kennedy, because God, I had mostly seen him on television in black-and-white, and there he was in living color,” he recalled in a 2013 interview. “I remember just a really euphoric crowd. I was a bit young to really understand later the consequences of the event.” There is a photograph of Mr. Paxton from that morning, perched on a stranger’s shoulders. Mr. Paxton’s survivors include his wife of more than 30 years, Louise Newbury; and two children, James and Lydia. Long before his role in “Big Love,’’ Mr. Paxton was good-natured in assessing his status in Hollywood. “It’s always a little frustrating when you’re reading a script after 10 guys ahead of you have had a chance to pick it over,” he said in 1998. “You can almost see the bread crumbs. I haven’t had a role that’s propelled me into major stardom. Sure, I’ve had roles that put me on the playing field. A lot of base hits. No home runs.”

'Little Pink House' and Eminent Domain Abuse: Seizing Private Property in the Trump Era

05:40
Little Pink House, a new feature film written and directed by Courtney Balaker, looks at eminent domain abuse by recounting the true story behind of an epic 2005 Supreme Court case. Though President Trump is no longer directly managing his real estate business, the story depicted in the film is more relevant than ever given his authoritarian tendencies. Go to reason.com for a point of view you won't get from legacy media and old left-right opinion magazines. ---------------- Donald Trump boasted of his love for eminent domain during the 2016 presidential campaign, calling it an "absolute necessity." And the billionaire real estate developer has a long record of pushing government redevelopment agencies to seize private property to make way for his projects. Little Pink House, a new feature film written and directed by Courtney Balaker, looks at eminent domain abuse by recounting the true story behind of an epic 2005 Supreme Court case. Though Trump is no longer directly managing his real estate business, given his authoritarian tendencies, the story depicted in the film is more relevant than ever. (Little Pink House, which stars Academy Award nominated actress Catherine Keener, was produced by Balaker's husband and creative partner, Ted, who is also a former Reason TV producer.) Eminent domain is when the government forces the sale of private property to make way for a so-called public use. That could mean a highway, a school—or in the case of Kelo v. the City of New London, a pharmaceutical plant In 2000, Susette Kelo was a registered nurse who had just moved into a small, pink house in a middle-class area of New London, Connecticut. Seven months later, the city announced plans to turn her Fort Trumbull neighborhood into new research facilities for the Pfizer corporation. She was told she'd need to find a new place to live. City officials and a nonprofit economic development group claimed the new facility would bring business and jobs to the area. Kelo didn't want to sell, so the city moved to take her house by force. She joined with six other residents and sued the city on the grounds that New London's use of eminent domain was unconstitutional. The case made it to all the way to the Supreme Court. Though the city prevailed, the decision led to a public backlash, causing many states to pass new laws limiting the use of eminent domain. When working on the script for Little Pink House, Balaker says she was inspired by Kelo's courage and humility—which Catherine Keener perfectly captured in the film. "What resonated with [Keener] was this concept of your spot," says Balaker. "When you find your place and you can really root yourself into that place and how disruptive that is to somebody to uproot you against your will." In ‘Jackie, Janet, and Lee,’ best-selling biographer J. Randy Taraborrelli says the sisters’ lifelong competition was sparked by their controlling mother, Janet Lee Auchincloss. “When Jackie died, much to Lee's surprise, she left her no money at all,” he said. “Janet did not want them to compete with one another.”

The Kennedys - After Camelot' Premieres Tonight - Full Cast List HD

06:26
Episode 1 The Kennedys rally to put Jack in the White House, but their difficult past illuminates a deeper struggle. “People talk about the curse that seems to echo down the generations of the Kennedys and in a certain sense it’s true,” says Tom Wilkinson. “And if you are going to see it in the kind of Greek tragedy sense, there isn’t a better sort of patriarchal figure than Joe Kennedy because his world view was extreme. His world view was: ambition, money and family. It’s almost medieval in its simplicity … but almost everything else went by the boards.” -Tom Wilkinson Episode 2 - The Kennedys Episode 2 The Presidential election comes down to the wire; Bobby tells Joe Sr. he’s leaving politics. “John F. Kennedy was a very complicated person who meant a lot of things to a lot of different people. I have my own interpretation of who he was and what his legacy was. Kennedy served as President of the United States during an extraordinary period of time and brought us exceptional social and political changes in a short time, in 1000 days. He gave this country a sense of purpose and enthusiasm which was much needed at that time.” - Greg Kinnear Episode 3 - The Kennedys Episode 3 When the Bay of Pigs invasion proves disastrous, JFK makes a difficult decision he must later atone for. “John F. Kennedy changed the image of the United States when he was president. People around the world remember that time and remember the days when America was the leading shining light for freedom and democracy, which was represented so well by Kennedy at the time.” - Executive Producer Michael Prupas Episode 4 - The Kennedys Episode 4 The Russians build a wall separating East and West Berlin, while Bobby prepares to go after Sam Giancana. “In terms of the themes you look for when you start a drama, this miniseries has a 10/10 checklist: ambition, jealousy, betrayal, loyalty, family, tragedy… the list goes on and you’ll find it in the Kennedy family. It’s Shakespearean, it’s Greek tragedy.” - Executive Producer Joel Surnow Thanks for watching the video Please subscribe to the channel لقد أنشأت هذا الفيديو باستخدام منشئ عروض شرائح YouTube‏ (https://www.youtube.com/upload)

Natalie Portman Plays First Lady In 'Jackie' Trailer

00:40
It was inevitable that one day, someone would make a biopic about Jacqueline Kennedy – it was only a matter of when, and who would play her. As the first trailer for Jackie demonstrates, that honor falls to Natalie Portman, who may very well win her second Oscar for her portrayal of the First Lady dealing with the immediate aftermath of her husband John F. Kennedy's assassination. Light on dialogue, the trailer for this historical drama directed by Chilean filmmaker Pablo Larrain (No) uses a cut from the original cast recording of Camelot as it follows the future Jackie O. showing a TV crew around the White House, putting on a brave face at the President's funeral and slowly piecing her life back together. The trailer does allow Portman one line, however, hinting at the film's take on Kennedy's America as a shimmery mirage: "People like to believe in fairy tales. Don't let it be forgot that for one brief, shining moment, there was Camelot." Jackie opens in limited theaters on December 2nd. http://www.rollingstone.com/movies/news/watch-natalie-portman-as-first-lady-in-jackie-trailer-w443546 http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit Entertainment using http://wochit.com
